Hello Aramide, thank you for sharing this post. Many didn't grow up in homes where they saw healthy partnerships like you describe, so they didn't think this kind of relationship even exists, and so settled for what they thought was God’s best for them! Thank you for sharing how marrying well really impacts one’s life and what to look out for.

My prayer is that young people out there who are yet to make this decision give thought to your post and make careful decisions. Marriage is the second most important decision after salvation that can make or mar one’s life.

'The people pressuring you to marry quickly won’t be in the marriage with you.

After eating jollof rice and chicken at your wedding, they’ll go back to their lives and leave you with your decision. Only you will live with your decision—every single day'
